Holly Leever, L.Ac.,Dipl. O.M., MTOM, is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She attended the New England School of Acupuncture and Emperor’s College. She graduated with a Master’s degree in traditional Oriental medicine in 2013. While pursuing her degree, Holly was blessed with many amazing clinical opportunities exposing her to a wide variety of conditions. Her training included internships at the Boston Medical Center, Venice Family Center and the Disney Cancer Center. She also volunteered abroad with the PanAfrican Acupuncture Project in Uganda, Africa and the One World Health Project in Kandy, Sri Lanka.
In addition to acupuncture, Holly’s training included moxibustion, cupping, auriculotherapy, electro-acupuncture, gua sha and Chinese herbal medicine. She is also qualified to make dietary and lifestyle recommendations based on Chinese medical theory.
Holly specializes in women’s health and focuses primarily on: Fertility challenges (both when women are attempting natural conception or conception with assisted reproductive technology), menstrual irregularities and pain, PMS, symptoms associated with pregnancy, post-miscarriage recovery, menopausal & peri-menopausal symptoms and post-partum symptoms. Holly is currently enrolled in a mentorship program with Sharon Weizenbaum. In this program, Sharon focuses heavily on prescribing Chinese herbal formulas safely and effectively.
